Healthy and easy breakfasts with Quaker

If you guys didn't know, my weight loss regime usually involves eating Quaker oats...a lot of them.

Back when I was in college, my daily breakfast would be Quaker oats. Just plain ol' cooked oats- none of the fancy stuff people put nowadays. I chuck the Quaker oats in my tumbler, I cook it with hot water, and bam! Instant breakfast. Yeah I know, boring. But you know what? It made me feel healthy and it helped me loose all those excess fat (But taste paid a heavy price, to be honest).

It's been a while since I've had my daily dose of Quaker oats and luckily enough, I attended what could be the healthiest event I have ever been to- hooray! Now, Quaker emphasizes that breakfast is a meal not to be skipped- which I guess most of us do- so to make up for that, Quaker oats showcases the wonderful option to prevent skipping breakfast. After all, the method is healthy, nutrition, and easy to make.

The steps to choosing better mornings are easy to follow!
Introducing the Quaker Overnight Breakfast Club method:

1. The night before, place the oats in the jar.
2. Soak oats in milk.
3. Add your toppers.

Ta-dah! Pop your container in the fridge and just grab it the next day!

Want to amp it up? How about testing these examples out!

Let me tell you, the possibilities of building a better body and increasing wellness has never been this exciting. Actually, I'm already following these steps religiously.

Some thoughts:
Some people don't really like the taste of plain ol' oats on their bowls, so to make the flavor stand out a million times, you can add a lot of options to your Quaker oats arsenal. Trust me, but I've tried a lot of new ingredient combinations, and I honestly loved it (The plus side here is that you don't even have to spend too much money, you can choose your own ingredients!)
